Cancellation Policy:

Customers are free to cancel their membership at any time for any reason. If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so easily in just a few clicks by using our customer subscription portal. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team via email, and we will assist you with the cancellation process.

Refund Policy:

If you cancel your membership before your monthly charge date, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. If your membership is canceled after your monthly charge date, you will receive one final watch shipment before the cancellation takes effect. In this case, that month's charge will not be eligible for a refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within seven days of receiving your order, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund.
